All of our products are made to order through our trusted printing partner, Printify. Because each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed, processing and shipping times may vary.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped.

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–15 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at strangeweirdandrandom@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
